On Monday, 27th November 2017 the ERA Appeal Board considered the appeal lodged by Trainer Mr. Eric Lemartinel in regards to reverse placing on Race # 6 “Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Jewel Crown – Group 1” under ERA Rule of Racing 82B at Abu Dhabi on 10th November 2017.

On the day, following an objection, the ERA Stewards demoted RB BURN (US), to second place and awarded first place to MURAAQIB (FR).

The ERA Appeal Panel dismissed the appeal.

Emirates Racing Authority
