TAHADIY (FR) (C Avery) was fractious in the gates and commenced awkwardly inconveniencing AL ABJAR W'RSAN (AE) (S O'Gorman). SHAHROUR (AE) was fractious in the gates and lost ground on jumping. LIWA SPIRIT (AE) (S Al Taleei) raced wide throughout. Jockey D Naik [MOUTAWAJ (AE)] was warned in relation to using his whip in a manner which bordered on excessive. When questioned regarding the performance of SHAHROUR (AE), jockey G Hind advised that after commencing awkwardly the gelding had resented the kick back in running. General Report Race 1 Jockey D Smith [NAMIRA (AE)] was severely reprimanded for weighing-in in excess of 1kg overweight. Race 3 Jockey D O'Donohoe replaced Apprentice A Al Jaberi on AJAZZ (AE) as there were no other apprentices available.
