Trainer Mr D Watson was advised that LAL (RUS) would be required to complete 2 satisfactory stalls tests prior to being entered to race again. PEDRO PICAPIEDRAS (CHI) (J Rosales) was slow to begin. PAPER TALK (USA) (P Devlin) which was slow into stride was crowded for room by TERRIFIC CHALLENGE (USA) (T Durcan) which jumped very awkwardly and veered outwards. PRESTO SHINKO (IRE) (P Vandekeere) returned having bled from both nostrils. Trainer Mr R Bouresly was advised that PRESTO SHINKO (IRE) would not be permitted to start until it had passed a satisfactory gallop test in the presence of an ERA Veterinary Officer to be conducted not before 21 days from the date of bleeding.
