Shortly after the start, AF QADEERAH (AE) which was racing keenly, drifted outwards resulting in DAS JALABI (AE) (M O’Callaghan) having to be steadied. Near the 500m, MAYYAR W’RSAN (AE) (R Mullen) shifted outwards and made contact with MUSTAFETEEH (AE) (S Al Taleei). RS KHAAN (AE) (J Rosales) shifted outwards in the straight causing DAS JALABI (AE) to be steadied near the 300m. AF QADEERAH (AE) returned with a cut to its left fore.
