Leaving the home straight, AF HAADEH (AE) (S Al Reffai) clipped the heels of DAS ELSABIR (AE) and blundered. BASMAH W’RSAN (AE) (T Durcan), which was following, had to be eased as a result. A short distance later, DAS ELSABIR (AE) drifted outwards causing WATHIK W’RSAN (AE) to be eased. Rounding the home bend, WATHIK W’RSAN (AE) was crowded for room and had to be restrained when racing between MOTSHO BELLO (AE) (W Smith) and the tiring AMAL W’RSAN (AE) (A Munro), which rolled inwards.
