MUHAMEE (IRE) was slow into stride. SPANISH WEDDING (GB) shifted inwards at the start bumping MR CHURCHILL (IRE), which had commenced awkwardly. As a result MR CHURCHILL (GB) was unbalanced in this incident. Throughout the event MUHAMEE (IRE) raced wide without cover. Near the 800 meters FUTURIST (GB) shifted outwards quickly before being straightened by its rider J Rosales. Approaching and passing the 500 meters KALA KANTA (IRE) was eased up and retired from the race.
