Stewards' Reports for Al Khaleej Al Arabi
Acting on a veterinary report from the ERA veterinary officer, who stated that QAITAR AL REEF (AE) was fractious and got down in its barrier and therefore unsuitable to race, Stewards ordered the withdrawal of the colt at 5:02 PM. Dr J Bittar, the trainer of QAITAR AL REEF (AE), was notified that prior to the colt being entered to race again it must complete one satisfactory stalls test. W Smith, the rider of QAITAR AL REEF, was examined by the Club’s Doctor who advised that he sustained superficial injuries to both his hands. On jumping QASAYED AL BEDA’A (AE) bumped with AF AL HAZER (AE) on its outside and then veered inwards and refused to race competitively. Mr K Al Neyadi, the trainer of QASAYED ALBEDA’A (AE), was notified that prior to the filly being entered to race again it must complete one satisfactory stalls test and track gallop. FAYROUZ W’RSAN (AE) was slow to begin. Passing the 1400 metres, MAHDI (AE) commenced to race keenly and steadied away from the heels of JAMILA AL REEF (AE). On straightening, AF RAHIA (AE) was blocked for a clear run for the entire length of the straight and near the winning post steadied when JAMILA AL REEF (AE) lay inwards. AF AL HAZER (AE) had an inclination to lay in over the concluding stages.

Stewards' Reports for Ras Al Akhdar
As barrier one was damaged in the previous race, all runners were shifted out one position. On jumping RAZEEN (FR) veered outwards forcing SHEIKHA DOWN (US) wide, which then raced wide without cover for the remainder of the race. Stewards inquired into the reason for M Khan, the rider of QASSAID KAZAL (AE), being dislodged passing the 1500 metres. On the evidence it was established that QASSAID KAZAL (AE) raced greenly in the early stages and shifted out abruptly near the 1500 metres, stumbling and dislodging M Khan. During the incident, NAVARO (FR), which was racing in front of QASSAID KAZAL (AE) and racing greenly, shifted in abruptly. M Khan was transported to the hospital for precautionary x-rays. At 450 metres, JAP HAYMAN (AE) steadied from FRENCH ATHBAH (US). Near the 150 metres HADREEJ (AE) had to be steadied of the heels of SHARAF AL REEF (AE) which was shifting in.

Stewards' Reports for Bani Yas Island
Mr E Oertel, the trainer of MANISHA (AE), was fined AED 500 under the provisions of ERA Rule 51(vi) for incorrectly declaring the mare to race in a hood. At the barrier stalls the saddle of MONAWER (AE) had to be adjusted. FORGEHILL CEZANNE (FR) jumped away awkwardly. Approaching the winning post MONAWER (AE) shifted in brushing the running rail and becoming unbalanced. A Nicholls, the rider of SWYFT (FR), reported that the gelding hung in throughout. H Bently, the rider of NAJM (FR), explained that rounding the home turn the colt attempted to jump the inside running rail and as a result he lost the use of his right side iron for a short distance. Mr M Al Jahouri, the trainer of NAJM (FR), was notified that prior to the colt being entered to race again it must complete a satisfactory gallop. A post-race veterinary examination of NAJM (FR) revealed no significant abnormalities.
