MEFTAH AL REEF (AE) - (E Chaves): Shortly after the start was crowded for room between runners becoming severely unbalanced. General: Jockey N Parmar (MAMLAKAH (MA)) was reprimanded under the provisions of ERA Rule 69B(c)(ii) for continuing to hit his mount after its chance being placed had clearly gone. Stewards took into account that this was N Parmar’s first breach of this rule for the season.
