Jockey P Cosgrave (RB KINGS BAY (US)) was reprimanded, under the provisions of ERA Rule 69B(a) for using the whip to excess, in that he used it on 13 occasions. Stewards took into account that this was P Cosgrave’s first breach of this Rule for the season.
