SANAD (FR) - (R Mullen): Became extremely fractious in the barrier, rearing and striking another runner. Underwent a veterinary examination and was deemed unsuitable to race. Acting on this advice, Stewards ordered the late withdrawal of the gelding at 7:00pm. Trainer Mr J de Roualle was advised that prior to entering the gelding to race again, it must complete one satisfactory stalls test. MUSANAD (FR) - (R Curatolo): Near the 600 metres lay out across the heels of another runner and had to be restrained. Shortly after straightening lay out under pressure for a short distance. PHARITZ OUBAI (GB) - (S Al Balushi): Whilst in the barrier was positioned next to an unruly horse and as a result underwent a veterinary examination, being passed suitable to race. RB RICH SURPRISE (US) - (I Al Balushi): Slow to begin. MUTAQADIM (FR) - (S Mazur): Commenced awkwardly. TAYSEER (FR) - (S Paiva): Slow to begin. WHISTLE (US) - (J Rosales): Commenced awkwardly. Raced wide without cover throughout. WMA FORTE (US) - (F Jara): Slow to begin. AMANG ALAWDA (AE) - (E Chaves): A post-race veterinary examination revealed the horse to be lame in the left fore-leg. Trainer Mr M Al Shamsi was advised that prior to the horse being entered to race again, it must complete a suitability examination conducted by the ERA Veterinarian.
