SOKER NABAT ALAWDA (AE) - (J Rosales): Shortly after the start was bumped by another runner. AF MUQNA'A (AE) - (D O'Neill): Fractious in the barrier prior to the start. Slow to begin and lost ground. Trainer Mr A Al Rayhi was advised that prior to entering the colt to race again, it must complete one satisfactory stalls test. ALY AL MAQAM ALAWDA (AE) - (F Jara): On jumping shifted outwards. AR ALNIMER (AE) - (S Mazur): On jumping shifted outwards. MOBHIR ASK (AE) - (H Lebouc): Slow to begin. When questioned regarding the performance of the colt, the rider advised MOBHIR ASK (AE) was agitated pre-race. Further, shortly after the start the saddle shifted backwards proving difficult for him to ride out in his normal manner, resulting in him easing MOBHIR ASK (AE) down over the concluding stages. QASSIM (AE) - (F Veron): Slow to begin. SHADID (AE) - (A Mahmoud): When being loaded onto the horsebox leaving the course, sustained a severe laceration to its left hind stifle. After receiving veterinary attention and being transported to the Sharjah Equine Hospital, SHADID (AE) was humanly euthanized. AF ISTINTAQ (AE) - (B Pinheiro): On jumping shifted out and bumped another runner. AL BATEEN (AE) - (R Iacopini): Commenced awkwardly.

BETHWEH A'THANIEH W'RSAN (AE) - (R Mullen): Over the concluding stages shifted inwards and outwards when racing ungenerously. JAMRAH (AE) - (S Al Balushi): Slow to begin. MAITHA (AE) - (A Al Balushi): Commenced awkwardly. Approaching the winning post had to be restrained when tightened for room. SHAHLAA (AE) - (P Cosgrave): Slow to begin. AF ABAYEH (AE) - (T O'Shea): On jumping shifted in and bumped another runner. AF QASAM (AE) - (A Fresu): On jumping was bumped by another runner. ASHJAAN (AE) - (F Veron): Slow to begin. General: Jockey R Mullen (BETHWEH A'THANIEH W'RSAN (AE)) was reprimanded under the provisions of ERA 69(i) for careless riding, in that approaching the winning post he permitted his mount to shift outwards when insufficiently clear of MAITHA (AE)(A Al Balushi) resulting in that mare having to be restrained. ZED AL RIH (AE) - (Y Ben Djekidel): Slow to begin. Raced wide without cover throughout. General: Trainer Ms. S Al Ghurair (ZED AL RIH (AE)) was fined AED 250 under the provisions of ERA Rule 31(i)(e) for failing to notify the ERA of the vaccination update to ZED AL RIH (AE). Jockey S Paiva (KASER AL RAWASI (AE)) pled guilty to a charge of careless riding under the provisions of ERA Rule 69(i), the particulars being that shortly after the start he permitted his mount shift in when insufficiently clear of NIMER (AE)(J Rosales), who was taken inwards onto JABAAR (AE)(S Hitchcott), which was tightened for room and had to be checked. Jockey S Paiva had his license to ride in races suspended for three (3) race meetings (Jebel Ali 11.12.2020, Sharjah 12.12.2020 and Abu Dhabi 13.12.2020). In assessing penalty Stewards took into account S Paiva‘s good careless riding record, his guilty plea and assessed the carelessness to be in the low range.
