On the evidence and available footage it was established that MAAHIR (FR)(B Pinheiro) shifted outwards over a considerable distance and in doing so BSHARA (FR), had to shift inwards off the heels of MAAHIR (FR) to obtain a clear run. Jockey B Pinheiro was reprimanded under the provisions of the ERA Rule 69(i) for careless riding.
